How to fix or repair Rail Chop on a Surfboard

Sand area and remove loose fiberglass.
If deep, masking tape one side and around rail so the resin won’t run out. Mix up a slurry of resin and Q cell, catalyze and
pour resin and Q cell slurry to fill. You may need to use resin and cloth as an alternative.
When hard remove tape and sand .
Fill any holes and sand smooth.
For extra strength, apply a layer of cloth.
Sand smooth and blend to shape.
Match colors by spray painting.
Finish with clear spray or finish coat polish as in snap.
